The Women Empowerment Magazine for Founders Ready to Be Seen
She Means Business is a women empowerment magazine built for the founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to be seen. We spotlight the stories behind successful women CEOs and the everyday business owners building something that matters, giving them the visibility, credibility, and platform their work deserves.
Every issue is more than a feature. It's an editorial experience created by Jaqueline Andrea Productions that pairs meaningful storytelling with luxury personal brand photography, so the women we publish don't just get written about, they get positioned as the powerful women CEOs and leaders they already are.
From rising founders to the top female leaders in business, She Means Business exists to close the gap between the work women do and the recognition they receive. It's why we champion this community year-round, including on Women's Entrepreneurship Day every November 19th.
Whether you're here to read, to be featured, or to finally step into your visibility, you're in the right place.

On The Cover
Latinas Making Bold Moves
The women on our September–October cover represent the strength, ambition, and heart of a community that continues to grow, lead, and create change. They are entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries making bold moves while creating opportunities for others along the way.
Their journeys may look different, but they share something powerful: a commitment to community. They understand that success becomes more meaningful when we open doors, share what we have learned, and help other women grow with us.
Together, they represent a beautiful community of Latinas who are building businesses, honoring their roots, and creating what comes next. This cover is a celebration of culture, connection, and the power of women who choose to rise while bringing others with them.

Entrepreneur of the Month
YESSICA ROMERO
Yessica Romero has built her career by refusing to let expectations define what she could become. From starting over in Las Vegas to finding her place in the construction industry, her journey is one of resilience, courage, and creating opportunities where they didn’t always exist.
Today, as the founder of Yes to Safety, Yessica is helping make construction workplaces safer while opening doors for others through education, training, and entrepreneurship. Her story is a reminder that sometimes the biggest opportunities begin with simply believing, I can do that.
As a member of the She Means Business Campaign 2026, Yessica represents what it means to build beyond the box and create a bigger vision for yourself and the people coming behind you.
